1．Product design
a. We can develop new products based on samples or prototypes by using reverse engineering, 3D digitizing and laser scanning technology.
b. We can develop new products according to simple sketch and brief description like function, dimension etc. We provide customers with 3D model and 2D as request.
c. We can join in the customer’s design group, for example: summit the economic plan to save cost, point out the existing design problems for product such as the undercut, sharp angle, processing difficulty and so on.
2．Mold-flow analysis
This is a very important process, because we need to understand the possibility of product in advance in order to prevent some possible problems like air trap, mark and welding line etc. especially for the big product, so we introduce the advanced moldflow analysis software and professional engineers to stimulate, analyze, optimize and validate plastic parts and mold design. It effectively pre-prevent the potential problems as so to save cost, control quality and guarantee delivery time.
3．prototype-making
For some projects, Prototype is inevitable process. It can help engineer check the product function and also prevent some problems which should be found after mould trial. In order to meet the requirement, we bought the advanced prototype equipment and cultivate the high-skill staff to do the prototype by 3D printer or CNC or laser machine. As a result, it can help us provide customers with high-quality prototype for confirmation very fast.
There is a team of senior engineers with above fifteen years of experience in the mold design department. They can skillfully use design software like Autocad/Pro/UG/Solidwork, master different kinds of mould structures, understand mould standard of different country for export-mould, Provide customer with the 2D and 3D drawing in short time and communicate with customers in international language English. every project is designed and managed by these senior engineers to make our customers satisfied .
1．Mould Standards
We can use different mold standard to design based on the customer requirement such as DME, HACO,LKM, FUTABA, PCS, DMS, SUPDIE etc. It is also more convenient for customers to reach the purpose to change the mould components in their own country.
2．Hot runner
We have a long-term cooperation relationship with different brands of hot runner suppliers as so to ensure the quality completely Like YUDO, DME, HASCO, HUSKY, MASTIP, MOLD MASTER etc.. customers can choose their preferred brand or we also can recommend some brands for their reference.
3． Design Requirement
We can design the mould based on detailed requirement from customers like product function, tooling life, surface requirement, precision allowance and matched injection machine pattern, then provide customers with 2D &3D drawing to check and confirm including parting line, gate, ejection, slide and so on. If customer find some places unreasonable, we will correct and improve immediately. it really meet customer’s requirement.

When we find any quality problem, we will collect some related technician to solve it immediately. In order to make the customer know the lastest progress, we can summit the mould schedule and week report in time, and also provide customers with trial sample, trial report, video and measurement report very fast after mould trial, If customers want to improve ,we will modify the mould according to customer’s request.

Due to the company development and market demand, we bought many advanced equipment, different capacity and specification machine from Germany, Japan, Taiwan, China including high-speed CNC, Slow wire cutting, deep hole drilling machine etc. We can choose the most suitable machine to process based on the different detailed requirement.
